I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the bright side, the room was nice with a balcony, and the water park is fantastic for kids. However, I found the arcade to be quite disappointing, as many machines were out of order. We had a fantastic mini-vacation at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our reservation issues, which really set a positive tone for our stay. The water park was an absolute blast for my kids, and the rooms were spacious and clean. However, I was a bit disappointed that housekeeping didn’t clean our room during our lengthy stay, which felt a little inconvenient. Overall, it’s a great choice for families, but they could improve on the housekeeping front.

Our family vacation at the Waters of Minocqua was a mixed bag. While we loved the range of activities, especially the water park and hot tub, we faced a major hiccup with noise disturbances during the night that really affected our stay. We chose this hotel for its waterpark and game room, but found the facilities left a lot to be desired. The waterpark was pretty basic with only two slides, and the game room was frustratingly filled with broken machines. While our suite was spacious, the mattress on the king bed made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially with the customer service issues we encountered.
